1 cup of Broccoli
1 large carrot stick
1 cup of mushrooms
1/2 of white onion
1/2 cup of tufo
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Cooking directions for one serving
1) Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in frying pan
     saute chopped veggies,cook until half done,then set aside
2)In the same pan,heat one tablespoon cooking oil and 1/4 cup
  water.Add Maruchan Yaki-soba and pan fry for 2-3 minutes,loosening noodles
3)Add chopped veggies and sprinkle sauce base with 1/2 cup water over noodles
  Stir fry until veggies are done,serve hot!

How to make Chai Tea


1/2 cup of ginger
4 cups of water
4 cups of soymilk
 4 cardamon tea bags
1 cup of sugar or add honey if desired

 Add all the ingredients in a 2qt saucepan,
add all spices to 4 cups of water ,bring to a boil
remove from heat,let steep for 5-20 minutes depending
on how strong a spice flavor you want.


You can add sugar at this point or serve without and let people
add the amount they desire.Traditionally sugar is added before serving.

Finally strain into pot and serve




How to make Lumpia

1/2  cup of ground red meat
1/2 cup of white onion
1/2 cup carrots
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of fried garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 chicken cube for flavor
30 pcs of lumpia wrappers
oil for frying
Mix all ingredients together
Then add a portion of the mixture on the lumpia wrappers,then wrap,whatever the size desired for each Lumpia. Cook in deep pan with oil over low flame until golden brown.
Serve with vinegar and minced garlic or sweet and sour sauce!

Ingredients needed:
1 Chicken or Pork cut into pieces
1 Head of garlic,minced
1/2 of a yellow onion diced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup of vinegar
2 cup of water
5 bay leaves
4 tablespoons of cooking oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste and chicken broth cubes to taste
Instructions:
In a big sauce pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil
Then saute the minced garlic and onions
Add the chicken to the pan.Add 2 cups of water,1/4 cup of soy sauce,
vinegar and the bay leaves.
Bring to a boil,cover and let simmer for 30 minutes or when meat is tender.
Remove chicken from the sauce pan and in another pan heat cooking oil
and brown the chicken for a few minutes.
Mix the brown chicken back to the sauce and add the cornstarch dissolved
in water to thicken. Add salt and pepper and chicken cubes if desired.
Bring to boil,then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot with the adobo gravy and rice.
You have the option to add crushed ginger to the onions and garlic when sauteing.
You can also add boiled egg if desired!
