Cooking directions for one serving
1) Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in frying pan
saute chopped veggies,cook until half done,then set aside

How to make Chai Tea
1/2 cup of ginger
4 cups of water
4 cups of soymilk
4 cardamon tea bags
1 cup of sugar or add honey if desired
Add all the ingredients in a 2qt saucepan,
add all spices to 4 cups of water ,bring to a boil
remove from heat,let steep for 5-20 minutes depending
on how strong a spice flavor you want.
You can add sugar at this point or serve without and let people
add the amount they desire.Traditionally sugar is added before serving.
Finally strain into pot and serve

Ingredients needed:
1 Chicken or Pork cut into pieces
1 Head of garlic,minced
1/2 of a yellow onion diced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup of vinegar
2 cup of water
5 bay leaves
4 tablespoons of cooking oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste and chicken broth cubes to taste

Then saute the minced garlic and onions
Add the chicken to the pan.Add 2 cups of water,1/4 cup of soy sauce,

Remove chicken from the sauce pan and in another pan heat cooking oil
and brown the chicken for a few minutes.
Mix the brown chicken back to the sauce and add the cornstarch dissolved
in water to thicken. Add salt and pepper and chicken cubes if desired.
Bring to boil,then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot with the adobo gravy and rice.
You have the option to add crushed ginger to the onions and garlic when sauteing.
